After years of leading teams, managing complex operations and supporting community organizations, founder Jess Betts-Nelson understands that success is often defined by what guests never notice: the problems solved quietly, the changes handled smoothly, and the people who feel taken care of.

Consider It Handled. was created to bring that calm, accountable approach to weddings, corporate gatherings, nonprofit events and life's biggest celebrations.

Behind Consider It Handled. are founder Jess Betts-Nelson and his husband, Dusty. Married for seven years, they've learned that the best partnerships aren't necessarily about doing the same things. They're about knowing each other's strengths and putting them to work.

Jess is the visionary, the organizer, and the one who can take a hundred moving pieces and lead a team across the finish line. Dusty is the steady force working quietly behind the scenes, handling the heavy lifting, the setup, and the details that make everything come together.

Jess sees the big picture. Dusty makes sure the big picture doesn't fall over.

Together, they bring creativity, leadership, hard work, and just the right amount of humor to every event.
